Woodfibre LNG is hosting an open house in Squamish this Thursday, October 5, from 4pm to 7pm.
Woodfibre LNG continues to treat public engagement as a checkbox exercise, with little advance notice of events. The date for this open house was only confirmed yesterday after Woodfibre LNG advertised a non-existent date in the local paper last week. It's unclear if this is a deliberate attempt to prevent public engagement, or simple incompetence. Neither answer is good.
Please join us if you can to ask the tough questions and hold Woodfibre LNG accountable.
