Put your candidates in the hot seat🔥

BC is heading into an election on October 19.

More than 74% of British Columbians want our government to do more on climate change. But when we meet with our elected MLAs, they tell us that they're not hearing from their constituents about climate change.

We need to change that.

The BC Climate Emergency Campaign has put together an amazing election toolkit to help you talk to your candidates, ask questions at all-candidates events, write letters to your local paper or candidates, and have election conversations with your friends and family.

It highlights the connections between affordability and the climate crisis; has example questions for climate-related issues; and tips on how to respond to myths and disinformation, particularly on LNG and fracking.

Now is a critical time to demand urgent climate action, and make our candidates feel the heat.
