De-Escalation Training Workshop

When participating in climate action outreach/events there is always the potential for difficult conversations to arise. Therefore, it is important to develop the skills needed to defuse harmful situations. This workshop is designed to give you the skills on how to identify escalation and its causes, as well as give both verbal and non-verbal escalation strategies.
